Dr Teresa Nicoletti and Justin Sinclair have retained their positions on the board of the Australian Medicinal Cannabis Association, while two new directors have been brought on.
Joining the pair are Sharon Bentley, founder and managing director of Medical Cannabis Australia (MCA), and Lisa Nguyen, founder and chief executive of Astrid Dispensary, both taking up board seats for the first time.

The two incoming directors fill the seats vacated by Emily Rigby and Jodie Davis, who founded AMCA sub-groups Australian Cannabis Cultivators and Australian Cannabis Nurses Association respectively. Both had announced ahead of last week's AGM that they would be stepping down.
Nicoletti and Sinclair — an AMCA founding director and chief scientific officer at Australian Natural Therapeutics Group — were returned to the board by membership vote after agreeing to stand for re-election.
Board positions will be confirmed at the next meeting scheduled for July.
The four directors will sit alongside Fiona Patten, Professor Nick Lintzeris and Austranna chief executive Bryan Ebstyne.
Dr Peter Georgius is currently on a leave of absence but retains his board seat.
