Telehealth platform Polln has rolled out a marketing campaign across Melbourne in a bid to increase awareness of the brand.
The clinic announced it is displaying street posters across a "small number" of Melbourne suburbs, asking residents whether they are "frustrated with conventional medicine".
Beneath the tagline "The face of natural medicine is changing", members of the public are directed to scan a barcode for further details or to head to the Polln website.
When asked whether Polln had sought guidance from the Therapeutic Goods Administration before launching the campaign, head of marketing Kathleen To said: "The TGA does not provide advice on advertising compliance [although] they do provide guidance in their publications.
"We are confident that these posters do not breach TGA regulations."
To said the campaign is designed to "educate people that there are options beyond conventional medicine, including naturopathic services and treatments".
Polln was founded in late 2022 by Chris Nasr and Grace Tan with a mission to make medicinal cannabis more acceptable and to help reduce the stigma associated with the medicine.
