Herbal Health Clinics, the doctor network founded by Prescribing Healthcare Practitioner of the Year Dr James Stewart, has partnered with Heidi Donald — Althea's former operations and commercial manager — to establish a new Queensland-based clinic network called One Health Clinics.
Donald, who spent two-and-a-half years at Althea before departing in February, announced the "acquisition" of Herbal Health on LinkedIn.
"As we embark on this transformative chapter, we will be rebranding as One Health Clinics, a name that truly reflects our comprehensive approach to healthcare," she wrote. "One Health Clinics is powered by Australia’s top cannabis clinicians, and we are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to our valued patients."
Herbal Health's website states the business has "combined with One Health Clinics" to provide "one approach to one health", inviting visitors to "stay tuned for new locations".

The full details of the arrangement have not been disclosed. One Health Clinics, with Donald at the helm as chief executive, has already entered a partnership with health business Wholelife Pharmacy and Health Foods.
Stewart and Donald were contacted for comment.
Donald wrote: "Our expansion plans for One Health Clinics are centred around collaborating with clinics and doctors who share our unwavering commitment to patient well-being.
“Through this collective effort, we aim to elevate the standard of healthcare services offered in Australia and beyond.”
