Emyria has unveiled a new clinical facility — The Empax Centre — alongside an expanded service capacity aimed at delivering and developing treatments for mental health conditions, including MDMA-assisted therapy (MDMA-AT) for PTSD.
Staffed by some of Australia's first authorised MDMA-AT prescribers, Emyria said the Empax Centre is targeting operational profitability by H2 2024, with the potential for national and global growth through additional site expansion.
The centre will initially focus on addressing critical gaps in care for treatment-resistant PTSD, with plans to broaden its therapeutic offerings by building on the same core infrastructure already in place.
