Medicinal Cannabis Industry Australia has opened early-bird registrations for its ACannabis 2024 conference, offering a 15% discount exclusively for members of the publication.
Scheduled for March 12-14, 2024, at Crown Promenade in Melbourne, the event includes a two-day conference and gala dinner, followed by a dedicated advisory and compliance day.
The conference is designed to bring together cultivators, product sponsors, policymakers, government representatives, global leaders, healthcare professionals, and allied industries to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and present technologies and opportunities.
The inaugural MCIA advisory and compliance day, held on March 14, gives attendees access to sessions focused on building regulatory and compliance knowledge.
Pending confirmation of the final program, planned topics include advertising compliance, risk management, Office of Drug Control (ODC) licence applications and responsibilities, and the fundamentals of clinical trials.
MCIA executive officer Patty Holmes said: "It will be a day jam packed with learning opportunities specifically developed for medicinal cannabis industry participants."
Attendees can purchase tickets for the advisory and compliance day on its own, for the two-day conference including the welcome reception and gala dinner, or as a three-day package granting access to all sessions and activities.
Members can apply a 15% discount across all ticket types — excluding the healthcare professionals pass and student registrations — by entering the code at the time of booking via this link.
