Cannabis education company Viz Medicinal has introduced a new webinar series designed exclusively for health practitioners registered with AHPRA.
Known as the Choose Day webinars, the series is intended to give healthcare professionals the knowledge needed to guide cannabis product selection for particular medical conditions and achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
The opening session, set for 6.30pm on Tuesday August 1, will feature Dr Orit Holtzman — president of the Australian and New Zealand College of Cannabinoid Practitioners (ANZCCP) — presenting on the topic of 'Microdosing Medicinal Cannabis for Pain Management'.
Holtzman said: "I'm excited to share how microdosing cannabis using a metered-dose inhaler has the potential to transform pain management for improved patient outcomes."
The Choose Day Webinar Series is open to all AHPRA-registered health practitioners. Registration is free via this link.
