Tyson Craig, who previously held the role of general manager of commercial at Cannatrek, has announced his appointment as a director of Phytoca.
Craig, who departed Cannatrek ahead of the Christmas break, comes on board alongside Mitchell Kurz and Andrew Dowling as a partner in the business.
In a post on LinkedIn, Craig said: "Having met these two gentlemen a few years back at an Astrid Dispensary event, the willingness to work together in a variety of capacities kicked off.
"I am fortunate to have spent the last couple of years at Cannatrek working alongside influential leaders in the industry – Tommy Huppert, Stanley Sack, Brett Schwarz and Jo Minton-Connell. Thank you for all your guidance and leadership.
"Our success… would not have been achieved without an amazing cohort of colleagues."
Dowling and Kurz said: "We are thrilled to have Tyson join the Phytoca team. Tyson has deep knowledge of the medicinal cannabis industry in Australia and will be a wonderful asset to the company as we look to build on the growth we have achieved over the past five years."
