MGC Pharmaceuticals has officially completed its transition to a new corporate identity, rebranding as Argent BioPharma following shareholder approval of the change last month.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has processed the name change, which took effect on the ASX at the open of trading on Wednesday, April 3.
The company's ASX ticker has moved to RGT, and its new web address is www.argentbiopharma.com.
Existing shareholdings remain unchanged and no new share certificates will be issued to investors.
