Montu has grown its Leafio distribution operation with a new warehouse now open in Brisbane.
A Sydney facility is currently under construction and, once completed, will bring the total number of Leafio locations across the country to three.
The company's first warehouse, located in Melbourne, began operating last year.
Montu introduced Leafio in December 2022, with the distribution arm designed to serve high-volume pharmacies, according to vice president Rhys Staley.
"Leafio makes it easier for pharmacies to provide products which are often affected by long delivery wait times and stock issues, especially when coming from other parts of the country," he said.
The new southeast Queensland site will allow Leafio to offer same-day delivery to a number of its pharmacy partners, the company said.
Leafio now works with more than 900 pharmacy partners across Australia, with its warehouses carrying products from 25 brands.
