The newly merged Little Green Pharma-Cannatrek group is looking for a replacement finance chief after Paula Butler stepped down from the role.
Butler had come on board at Cannatrek in September 2024 and was appointed CFO of the combined business once the merger was finalised on June 1.
She is set to leave the company this coming Friday.
The company has not disclosed a reason for her exit, which comes only weeks after the merger was completed.
In its statement, the company expressed gratitude to Butler for her "services to the company and the former Cannatrek group".
"LGP has commenced the recruitment process for a new CFO to replace Ms Butler," the firm added.
