Epsilon Healthcare unifies divisions under single brand identity

Epsilon Healthcare is renaming its THC Pharma and Tetra Health divisions as part of a push to consolidate its operations under one unified brand.

THC Pharma, which runs the company's manufacturing plant in Southport, Queensland, will be renamed Epsilon Pharma, while its telehealth clinic business will be rebranded as Epsilon Clinics.

According to the company, bringing everything under the Epsilon Healthcare name will create a "launching platform" for new subsidiary verticals, though no additional details about those future verticals were provided.

Epsilon also said the move would allow it to run more targeted marketing campaigns.

Chief executive Peter Giannopoulos, who joined the company in late May, said: "With our new 'one brand' approach, we will be uniting the distinct subsidiary brands under the umbrella of Epsilon. Our future subsidiaries will follow this naming convention and it is hoped that in time our clients, both B2B and B2C, will benefit from the expanded Epsilon service verticals."

Epsilon Healthcare previously operated under the name THC Global before rebranding in 2020.
