Bioxyne, the parent company of Breathe Life Sciences (BLS), has entered into a manufacturing and supply agreement with NectarTek Australia, an existing customer of the business.
Based on committed purchase volumes, BLS disclosed to the ASX that it expects to generate a minimum of A$7 million in sales from NectarTek during FY26.
The deal covers minimum orders across several product categories: pastilles ($3.6m), flower products ($2.5m), vapes ($500k), and oral mucosal oils and other products ($500k). Either party may exit the agreement by providing six months' written notice.
NectarTek is an Australian healthcare company and wholesale pharmaceutical distributor with clinic operations in Australia, the UK and Germany.
The company has committed to placing those orders within FY26, with the minimum order value representing a 200% increase compared with its historical purchasing levels.
Bioxyne CEO Sam Watson said: "This agreement with NectarTek underscores market trust in BLS and our ability to deliver value to industry partners, clients, and stakeholders. Exclusivity is a privilege we have earned by consistently delivering results and supporting our clients' growth."
Bioxyne said it expects to secure further long-term contracts on the back of a significant expansion in manufacturing capacity across all product categories, with the potential to generate revenue exceeding $100m annually.
